Shipping and Returns Policy

At Tru Blue 4 You, we’re dedicated to ensuring every order arrives quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Please review our Shipping and Returns Policy below for details on order processing, delivery timelines, and return procedures.


Shipping

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order weight, and selected method.

Shipping Destinations
We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website.

Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has not been delivered within 6 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.


Returns

Return Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate apparel

  • Final sale items

Exceptions apply in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@trublue4you.com.au within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Repackage the item securely, including the RMA number and original order details.

  3. Ship the return to the address provided using a trackable shipping method.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection Process
Returned items are inspected within 5 business days of receipt to verify eligibility.


Refunds

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for approved returns or items deemed defective or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exclusions
Original shipping fees and gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or replacement—your choice.
